You don’t have to struggle alone. Sometimes we all need extra support. It is my passion to connect deeply with people in the hopes that through the power of that connection you will feel supported and held. The therapeutic relationship can offer profound healing.
I aim to create a safe space where you feel totally accepted and can move beyond any self-judgment that keeps you stuck. Therapy is a special opportunity to understand yourself more deeply and make changes that can help you live a more fulfilling life. Our work together will support you in creating the life, career and relationships that you most deeply desire.
My experiences working in corporate America, attending retreats, and traveling the world have informed my path of becoming a therapist. I bring more than 10 years of experience in training and cultivating workplace teams to my new profession of fostering growth and healing for individuals and families.
I provide a safe environment and a practical, compassionate and encouraging approach allowing you to gain insight into your challenges and difficulties.
